My answer to that would be every day is market day but, not in the same way we think of it here in the UK.

The market is not a flea market but a proper market with fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, and dried herbs, it is daily from very early till lunch time when most produce has been sold and the local buses return people to their rural villages.

Where is the way to this market near New Fortress? I know where is Green Bus station and New Port, but how I can find the entrance to the market?

Hi Weera. Here is a map of Corfu Town, CORFU TOWN MAP. The entrance to the Old Fort is to the right of the map, looking across from the liston, across the green/cricket pitch. The market is located at the entrance normally.
