Do you mean fishing with a Reel and Line or with the use of Nets?

I have only seen maybe three or four people fishing in this way during the twenty five years I have been going to the village. There are plenty of fish it's just that everyone tends to go out in a boat although fishing trips aren't as popular as it is in Northern Europe.
